Pumpkins Everywhere day 2

Today was a great day playing with pumpkins and all.

I would like to apologize for the pictures in advance. My camera lens needs to be replaced and the lighting was not working for me today.

We invited a friend on our morning walk to collect items for our sensory bucket.

We found some colorful leaves (yellow, red, orange, and brown), pine cones, sticks, pine needles, and I added small pumpkins and gourds.

We played with the items we found outside and talked about the pumpkins (what they felt like, the color, the shape, and how our small pumpkin compared to the pumpkins we were going to paint and the pumpkins in the “All About Pumpkins” book.

We ended our fabulous day with pumpkin painting. The two-year olds loved this part. Tune in tomorrow to see how they decorated the pumpkins.
