Shadow Play

The best way to wake yourself up after a night of insomnia is a long walk on a cool day. Take notice in the pictures this walk was not alone.

I took along my two year old (I lost the battle on clothing again this morning) who insisted on stopping every 2 minutes to wave or share something with her shadow the items she found on the ground (pine cone in this picture)

Needless to say our 15 minute walk turned into 30 minutes, and I enjoyed every minute.
